IT'S BEEN A WHOLE YEAR! I can't even remember the reason I started my blog, it almost definitely had a lot to do with encouragement from Nathaniel and my house mates, Edel, Hayley and Alicia. I want to thank all four of you for telling me to do this and constantly putting up with 'Do you want to take some photos?'. On the note of thank you's, thank you to everyone who has ever read anything particularly those on Facebook. It was a really big deal for me to share this with people that I know and you have no idea how much I appreciate every 'like', share, comment, especially the ones said in person. I am so ridiculously proud of this, it has given me confidence and inspiration and I want to tell everyone I meet that this is what I do. I finally have a hobby and something I enjoy and am actually good at. Jasminlousiey has grown so much in a year and I love to see that ticker go up. Here's to an even bigger and better 2015.... I love you all

On Saturday, we visited in the Sea Life Sanctuary in Gweek. I haven't been there since I was young and Nathaniel has never been. The sanctuary aims to save seals and release them back into the wild.
I'm not big on zoos because the idea of keeping an animal captive for the entertainment of people, completely baffles me but, they're doing a really good thing here. That's not to mention how totally adorable it is. They also house sea lions, penguins and 2 resident otters (which were my favourites). In terms of clothes, I went pretty laid back. I've also fallen in love with V-neck t-shirts (my younger self would be ashamed). The trench coat still makes it look put together even though it was pretty effortless...

A weekend in Cardiff never disappoints. This weekend we went to see
Cardiff's Winter Wonderland and went on two obligatory nights out...

The standard 2am Chicken Curry from Dorothy's on Chippy Alley...

Drunken, classy, corridor shoot. Some of the 'angles' from this shoot were... Interesting...

Cardiff Castle...

One of my favourite things about Cardiff is the arcades. They are so unique and beautiful, despite there being a Pizza Express here (not very unique). We found the cutest little
vintage shop called Hobos, chech it out if you come across it...

Hot Chocolate break at Barker's Tea Room. Plus complimentary Vogue

Busker: John Adams

The Winter Wonderland carousel. I love the colours in carousels, there's something
about them that are magical.

I found this jacket for £10(!) from a shop which is linked to Tea Room we got hot chocolate in,
Barker. Unfortunately they plan to close soon :(

I know, I know, its been winter for a month or two but it'll still be winter for another 3 months.
Here is my winter lookbook... (It's a big one)

I love this vintage kaftan! I travel quite a lot, driving from home to uni
and comfort is key. I'm wearing jeans and a crop-top
this time but you definitely don't have to.

Ahhh the turtle neck. I have a huge love/hate relationship with the
turtle neck but this one is so cosy! The neck is huge so you can turn
it up and keep your nose warm!

I live in this dress. Its the perfect length to be a top as well. You can
dress it up, down, wear it on a night out, for comfort, with jeans, without
jeans; it is so versatile! It'll be completely wearable in spring too, just perfect.

Simple Chic. I love kahki and this shirt is so effortless. Like the dress,
you could dress it up or down, wear for work or out shopping.

Another dress... This time with no jeans! I think teamed with a thick coat
and appropriate shoes like these Doc Martens, going bare legged in
winter isn't a problem. Obviously providing it's not snowing.

Of course the suit made it in! It's the most perfect thing I own!

Opps, that dress again! I said it was versatile didn't I?!

I'll wear these rings every single day.
