'ONE SHOULD EITHER BE A WORK OF ART, OR WEAR A WORK OF ART'

The Elle Collections SS14 magazine (which looks like this):

has a feature called 'Pieces of me' which I can't find reference to anywhere except here:
https://www.facebook.com/media/set/set=a.709577549063229.1073741839.150834344937555&type=1.
I wanted to make my own 'Pieces of Me' post so here is everything I think my wardrobe would be lost without...

Most of these pieces are bargains or have some sort of story behind them. Most of them are relatively inexpensive and most are from Topshop.
Oui/Non T-shirt - Topshop - £16. No story, nothing special just really simple and easy to style.
93 Football Jersey - Topshop - £23 approximately. I remember having an idea of an outfit in my head and I walked into Topshop and saw this straight away and it was exactly what I imagined.
Midi Skirt - Topshop - £50. Again I imagined an outfit for a night out and this was the perfect colour. I remember being really disappointed there was no size 12 so I tried on a 10 and it fitted which only made me want to buy it more.
Grey jumpsuit - TKMaxx - £16. You can't see it too well but, there's not a lot to this jumpsuit, it's plain and grey and has a scooped back. I have 2 of these grey cotton jumpsuits, they're so comfy and can be dressed up so easily, literally perfect for any situation.
T-shirt - Wild Pony (Falmouth) - £8. I love vintage T-shirts! This one is my favourite and its from a little vintage shop in Falmouth. Saw it, wanted it.
Belt - H&M - £6? - I was on the hunt for a black belt with a gold buckle for AGES, I don't think any wardrobe is complete with one.
Green Jumpsuit - Topshop - £48?. You can't really see this one too well either but it's a green leopard print jumpsuit, it's V-neck which I love!
Phillies Baseball Jersey - Urban Outfitters - £36? This was a bargain, it was supposed to be £50.
Blue Dress - ASOS - No idea on price! I love the print on this dress, I wore it to my 18th birthday party immediately making it a dress I will keep forever.
Cut out Boots - River Island - £35. There's a whole post about them here: http://jasminlouisey.blogspot.co.uk/2014/02/jeffery-campbell-inspired-boots.html
Hat - Monki - £12
JEANS! Topshop - £36. I have so many pairs of jeans. I like Topshop ones because I can get away with a 10 because they're so stretchy. I will always own a black pair, a high waisted pair and a plain, normal pair.
Clutch bag - H&M - £8? This is my go to bag for going out, I feel like because it's a print that it can be worn with anything even if it clashes.
Tights - Monki and Pretty Polly - £8 ish. It's a lot for tights but these last forever and sometimes plain black just isn't enough.
Kimono - Topshop - £25. This was half price and it is so me. I just wish it would get warmer to wear it!
T-shirt - Urban Outfitters - No idea but it was on sale. I love this Mandela print, I want it as a tattoo.
T-shirt - Peacocks - £4. Any white t-shirt is fine but I need to own one.
Croptop - American Apparel - SALE. I'm not a huge croptop wearer and if I do, it has to be with something high waisted but I remember this being so discounted that it had to make the cut.
Cami's - Topshop - £16. 'One black, one white will go with everything'.
Boots - Monki - £50.
Converses - Schuh - £48.
Skirt - ASOS - No idea on price. I love pink, it's highly likely that if I see anything pink I will buy it.
Black Wedges - New Look - Again, not a clue. These are battered and are in need of updating. Whenever I'm in doubt, Black Wedges.
Last but not least...
Maxi Dress - Zara. If I had to have one piece of clothing out of everything I own, THIS would be it. I haven't ever seen anything like it, it's perfect.

Now I think about it, there should be loads more things up there, a pair of black boots for one, my blazers, a blazer, I've got a floral shirt that I got a vintage fair, a winter jumper, loads but, I thought of these first.
